Meet the Founder
Enrique Evins started learning the construction trades right out of high school. Over the next three decades, he worked every level of the industry — from hands-on tradesman to site supervisor to project manager — before rising to Vice President at a major commercial construction firm.
In that role, he oversaw complex ground-up construction projects for nationally recognized tenants including The Cheesecake Factory and other high-end commercial developments across 27 states. He managed teams, timelines, and multimillion-dollar budgets at institutional scale.
In 2018, Enrique made a deliberate choice: relocate to Spring Hill and build something personal. He founded Evins Construction LLC to apply everything he learned at the commercial level — the discipline, the process, the accountability — to the families of Hernando County.

Enrique entered the construction industry straight out of high school, learning every trade from the ground up — framing, concrete, MEP rough-in, finish carpentry. This hands-on foundation became the cornerstone of his approach: you can't manage what you don't understand.
After years in the field, Enrique moved into project management and eventually executive leadership at a major commercial construction firm. As Vice President, he directed ground-up builds for The Cheesecake Factory and other nationally recognized tenants across 27 states — overseeing strict schedules, institutional budgets, and complex multi-trade coordination.
After relocating to Spring Hill, Enrique founded Evins Construction LLC with a mission that had personal meaning: bring commercial-grade construction discipline to the families and homeowners of Hernando County, Pasco County, and Citrus County — people who deserve better than the discount contractors flooding the residential market.
